Real Estate Legal Work
Assist Vice President—Senior Associate General Counsel in real estate and development teams with negotiating and drafting letters of intent, purchase agreements, leases, amendments, declarations/restrictive covenants and all other pertinent real estate documentation.
Assist Vice President—Senior Associate General Counsel and real estate and development teams with due diligence in real estate deals, including evaluation of existing property special assessments, restrictions, and zoning issues.
Review title and survey and prepare title objection letters.
Manage real estate disputes, including litigation.
