Overview: An executive level, experienced senior counsel who will be responsible for handling regulatory and legal issues, compliance oversight, risk management and mitigation activities with respect to all lines of business of the Company. As a member of the senior leadership team of the Company, this attorney will serve as an internal subject matter expert who provides regulatory and compliance advice, and develops corporate policies, standard operating procedures and training materials. He or she will work with all functions of the Company to provide counsel on a broad range of legal, regulatory and compliance issues, including privacy and security matters under HIPAA, FTC, FCC and PCI, OIG Guidance and the Anti-Kickback Statute. The VP & AGC will report to the General Counsel, Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer and will have managerial responsibilities. The attorney should have an extensive understanding of the healthcare regulatory framework, preferably including experience working with a health IT company such as a Pharmacy Benefits Manager, Electronic Medical Records company or Integrated Delivery Network.

Compensation: Competitive compensation and benefits package.
Experience: 7-10+ years of legal experience, including extensive experience working with HIPAA, anti-kickback, TCPA and other privacy laws as well as exposure to PCI compliance. Experience working for a Pharmacy Benefits Manager, Electronic Medical Records company or Integrated Delivery network strongly is preferred.
