Our client's Trade Compliance group is looking for an attorney to review regulations and work on other trade-related matters. The selected candidate will support Trade Compliance Management to facilitate and ensure compliance with the U.S. Customs and Partnering Government Agencies (PGA) regulations in the classification of goods for international shipments.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Perform complex analysis of HTS US classifications, leveraging rulings and internal/external advice across complex diversity of products. • Demonstrate skill at effectively influencing multiple levels of a large and complex organization.

Basic Qualifications: 1. J.D. from an accredited law school 2. Minimum 1 year previous work experience in a business setting
