Corporate Generalist, General Commercial/Contracts, Patents
Our client – a leading e-vapor products company – seeks a seasoned Corporate Counsel with strong FDA experience to act as the company’s U.S. legal lead to develop, deploy and manage legal policies and procedures for the US businesses, including establishing and refining internal procedures and programs to help ensure compliance of company's activities with the applicable laws and global guidelines as well as development of an internal contract management system. The position will advise on the complex regulatory regime in the US, including FDA legislation and provide advice to ensure compliance of products packaging layouts, marketing materials and consumer programs.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of commercial legal experience (non-litigation) in a consumer products/goods area regulated by the FDA (but not solely pharmaceuticals). Candidates should be able to counsel senior leadership and be able to multitask. Experience reviewing commercial agreement of all types is required. Strong Compensation and benefits.
