Pharmaceutical/Medical Device company seeking a Corporate Counsel with strong IP experience to support the legal team in the Raleigh, North Carolina headquarters. This position will:
Provide general business advice to commercial clients
Provide regulatory counseling
Handle general IP matters, including IP Enforcement and IP Litigation
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial and business contracts
Handle litigation and dispute resolution
Experience working with medical device/pharmaceutical clients is REQUIRED. In-House experience is REQUIRED unless you possess extensive experience at a law firm working with large, medical device/pharmaceutical clients.
