Our client – a rapidly-growing, well-known venture-backed HeathTech company – seeks a senior technology transactions attorney to partner with Sales, IT, Operations and Marketing on various technology agreements including cloud services agreements, software license agreements, professional services agreements, consulting agreements, MSAs/SOWs, advertising and marketing agreements and data licensing agreements. The position will be a key member of a small but hi-caliber legal team and work on significant agreements affecting the company.
Desired candidates will have graduated from a top-tier law school and have strong experience in negotiating, drafting and reviewing the technology agreements mentioned above either at a sophisticated law firm or in-house at a technology company. Some privacy background preferred. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and look for creative solutions. Compensation includes base salary, cash bonus, equity and other unique benefits. Relocation available.
