This Fortune 50 Corporation has a diversified portfolio of businesses under their umbrella and is seeking a Senior Counsel extremely knowledgeable in Labor and Employment law. This role will encompass both employment and traditional labor issues, including but not limited to providing advice on HR policies and procedures, HR related privacy compliance, training, representing the company before state and federal agencies in proceedings, managing litigation, and engaged in labor arbitrations as well as collective bargaining and strike preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of law firm and in-house experience and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience. Although some experience with traditional labor matters is strongly preferred, solid employment experience will be considered.
