To assist with its continued growth in the EMEA region, Alteryx is looking for a Corporate Counsel, to be located in our London office. This position reports to the General Counsel in Irvine, California.
The Corporate Counsel will manage and negotiate software license agreements with customers principally in the EMEA region and, with the supervision and direction of the General Counsel, will also provide general legal advice for our business team in the region. This person will also assist in creating internal processes to help ensure legal compliance (including related to customer information, privacy and marketing) and will help manage outside counsel on commercial, employment, IP, real estate and other general corporate matters.
Develop a deep and expert understanding of the company’s products, services and business model.
Build strong relationships with company executives, sales, services and product teams to draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of technology and commercial contracts, including a heavy volume of software license agreements, partner agreements, reseller and OEM agreements.
Prepare and maintain appropriate form agreements, including order forms and license agreement forms.
Assisting with corporate matters including corporate law compliance.
Providing timely and practical legal advice to the company’s business leaders, including proactively identifying recurring issues and providing advice and counsel to the Company's senior leaders on complex issues having impact on the Company.
Developing strong partnerships with internal clients and the executive team to achieve successful business outcomes.
Keep abreast of applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance that impact the Company’s operations and commercial agreements.

Specific experience in SaaS and subscription-based software, cloud computing, commercial and enterprise software and international experience are highly valued
