Position and Experience: United seeks an accomplished attorney to join its legal team. Reporting to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, the successful candidate will have at least five (5) years of legal practice in corporate securities and governance matters within a large law firm or corporate in-house department. While not required, in-house experience is preferred. This position is expected to handle sophisticated and confidential projects with minimal supervision. This lawyer will be a member of a close-knit group of attorneys who share responsibility and work together for mutual success; accordingly, personal and professional ‘fit’ is of paramount importance.
