Fortive Corporation has retained Major, Lindsey & Africa on an exclusive basis to conduct a search for a Senior Counsel, Privacy and Data Protection to be located in its Everett, Washington corporate headquarters.
Overview: Fortive seeks an experienced attorney to develop and lead the company’s worldwide data protection and privacy program, and ensure full compliance of business processes and practices with current and forthcoming privacy-related laws and regulations globally, including the GDPR. The person in this role will have primary responsibility for managing the Fortive global privacy program to include developing, maintaining and implementing policies, processes, templates and assessment tools.
