How you will make an impact as the Associate Attorney
Representing Mandarin speaking clientele in complex transactional negations
Communicating with clients to assess their needs in sensitive negotiations, and representing those needs in high-impact negotiations with opposing counsel
Drafting contracts that reflect clients’ needs and negotiated terms
Representing those terms to the court, and filing documents with the court to enforce compliance for legal establishment of specified entities.
What Associate Attorney experience we're looking for
California Licensed attorney with 0 - 5 year(s) experience
Mandarin speaking required, with strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
An open accessible, friendly demeanor that loves the social environment that comes with a close group of legal professionals striving toward the same end.
A Passion for client communication and sensitive negotiations, with high attention to detail and possess excellent organizational and writing skills
Experience should include client representation in transactional law, such as licensing, sales, leasing, financing, and partnership/corporate documentation
Excellent academic credentials and references
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
