An IT services company is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Deals. The Senior Director will be responsible for working in concert with the Strategic Deals Lead attorney to negotiate and coordinate all legal aspects of complex global strategic engagements, as well as assisting in the review, revision and maintenance of contract templates, model provisions and playbooks related to master services agreements and various other types of contracts, including initiating a geography-specific market analysis on a periodic basis, and creating training materials and providing training on new or revised contractual positions for various delivery models. The Senior Director will also assist the GC of Corporate & Client Services and GC, UK & EMEA & Data Privacy Officer with project work, such as the implementation of a new contracting and data management platform. The candidate must have 10 years of directly relevant experience. In-House experience is required. International transaction experience is strongly preferred. The position can be located in either Teaneck, NJ, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT.
