An IT services company is seeking a Commercial Contracts Corporate Counsel. The Corporate Counsel should have at least three years’ experience in a top law firm and an additional two years’ experience in an in-house legal department. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex global outsourcing deals with limited supervision, and should possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The attorney would be expected to work directly with business account team members and advise on a variety of day-to-day legal matters. Experience with outsourcing, intellectual property licensing, or information technology contract negotiation preferred. The position can be located in either Teaneck, NJ, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT.
