We are a boutique retained search firm with over twenty years of experience focusing on executive search and consulting for in-house corporate and compliance departments. Our client, a global Fortune 500 corporation, has retained us on an exclusive basis to recruit an Associate General Counsel (or Deputy General Counsel) to join its evolving law department.
The newly created position, which reports to the General Counsel, will serve as the Company's senior commercial attorney, and will manage a team of lawyers, paralegals and administrative staff. Outstanding academic and work credentials, stellar business acumen, and a proven record of successfully working with and influencing C-suite executives are prerequisites.
