Our client, a publicly traded medical consulting company, has an immediate need to fill several part-time long-term temporary Contracts Attorney positions. They are seeking attorneys who can work remote, but are local to the Denver market and not looking for full-time permanent work. The ideal candidate is someone with has a solo practice that is looking to supplement their practice.
To be considered, you must have 6+ years’ experience in the contract review, drafting and negotiation in the IT arena to include licensing, technology and services as well as complex multi-party arrangements. You must be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and track and organize contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely for a for a very busy in-house legal and procurement team.
Contracts Job Duties and Responsibilities • Conduct procurement activities for IT Contracts and various Vendor Agreements • Analyze, review, and draft complex contracts and make recommendations • Assist the legal team with other legal tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary
Qualifications: • Minimum 6 years’ experience • Detailed, efficient, and effectively manage work files • Hold a JD
