Ensures that the company operates within the law at all times, offer counsel on legal issues, create an effective guardian of the organization, facilitate business strategies and ensure legal compliance and limit risk exposure. Provides legal counsel to Amada America, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates as needed.
Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management
Base all actions, advice and decision on the highest ethical standards
Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action
Anticipate issues and strategically estimate risks to the company
Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks
Direct the development and installation of corporation procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow, and thereby solidify management control and direction of the corporation.
Develop and establish corporate operating policies consistent with management policies and objectives and insures their adequate execution.
Insures that all corporate activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
Insures sound services and working relationships with key staff of important customers and vendors, with outside services such as consultants, legal counsel, banks, auditing and brokerage firms and with outside public and governmental agencies.
