Overview: The position of Corporate Counsel, Regional Operations will report to the VP and Chief Counsel, Regional Operations, Eastern Division. The Operations Division is responsible for assisting certain corporate clients and casino resort properties throughout the country with various legal matters that arise while performing their day-to-day operations. This position is located in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The Corporate Counsel, Regional Operations supports the properties located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and the Tribal properties located in North Carolina, Arizona and California. The Corporate Counsel, Regional Operations will provide best-in-class legal services efficiently, timely and in a cost-effective manner that optimizes business results—all within the framework of the Company’s compliance, regulatory and code of commitment obligations.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Experience: 4-5+ years of experience as a transactional attorney preferred, including experience at a major law firm.
Relos: While locals are preferred, non-local candidates with gaming experience will be considered.
Bar: Member in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar. The successful candidate will also have to obtain a New Jersey Key Gaming License.
