Fortune 500 Company located in Nashville, TN seeks a Regulatory Analyst (Temporary) for a long-term, temporary position expected to last six months, possibly longer. The hourly rate is up to $55, no overtime, depending upon experience.
The Regulatory Analyst will review and update the current rule mapping inventory that consists of regulatory rule requirements mapped to internal firm policies, procedures, and other controls. The rulebooks to be reviewed will include the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Federal Reserve, Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), National Futures Associations (NFA) and other financial services regulators.
Experience with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), FINRA, and other regulators etc.
