Summit Funding Group, Inc. is a growing equipment leasing and finance company based in Mason, Ohio, with satellite offices across the country and in Canada. The company is hiring a full-time Senior Counsel to assist the General Counsel with various corporate and litigation matters.
Review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, leases, loans, promissory notes, security agreements, vendor program agreements, remarketing agreements, and assignment/syndication agreements
Enforce contracts and manage collections litigation sent to outside counsel
Prepare and maintain corporate records, filings, and licenses
Advise the General Counsel and Senior Management on relevant commercial and regulatory issues
Perform other tasks assigned by the General Counsel and Senior Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to facilitate and manage transaction closings
M&A and secured lending background a plus
Additional Salary Information: Benefit Package:
Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday
