WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work closely with the Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and Marketing teams to assess potential privacy and security risks and regulatory requirements for digital marketing products and technologies.
Develop Privacy-By-Design strategies for digital marketing products and technologies and drive business solutions.
Assess GDPR compliance and advise on related legal requirements for digital marketing and corporate marketing.
Assist in the continued development and improvement of all aspects of privacy compliance programs.
J.D. degree and membership California State Bar, required (RIHC status is not sufficient).
Minimum 6+ years of relevant privacy experience, including prior in-house or law firm experience.
Experience with ad tech and privacy product counseling preferred.
Demonstrated ability to advance large, complex projects.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with excellent legal and business judgment.
A detail-oriented, business-friendly team player who can think creatively.
Strong understanding and experience with international privacy laws.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a great sense of humor and commitment to professionalism.
Experience working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
