Overview: The Corporate Counsel will be primarily responsible for structuring, negotiating and advising internal clients on a wide variety of commercial transactions including: master services agreements, purchasing agreements, information technology agreements, technology development, digital media licensing, software services, technical testing, non-disclosure agreements, independent contractor agreements, consulting and marketing agreements. He/she will also review and update policies, assist with employment matters, provide support on Board and governance matters along with providing strategic and practical advice to internal clients at all levels, including top level executives.
