Senior Regulatory Attorney - This global pharmaceutical and medical devices company seeks an attorney to advise its medical devices business on developing and executing programs and ensuring its business is operating in accordance with regulatory (including FDA) and health care laws.
Lead regulatory attorney for multiple product lines advising executive management and commercial attorneys.
Ensure management is apprised of new matters and provide guidance on; research and development (R&D); medical affairs; and sales and marketing.
Advise on FDA and FTC standards relating to the approval, manufacturing, and promotion of medical devices.
Counsel on anti-bribery and anti-kickback matters (e.g. FCPA)
