Overview: The Legal Counsel will be a part of the Legal and Trade Compliance Department which includes attorneys and compliance professionals. He/she will be responsible for advising internal clients on a variety of legal and compliance matters including day-to-day corporate generalist work, commercial agreements, intra-corporate agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance policies and procedures, subsidiary management, and litigation strategy and management. He/she will also implement and administer corporate compliance policies on a regional level, conduct investigations and present compliance trainings to employees in the region. This attorney will also appreciate a diverse culture and have the ability to advise clients in a clear and succinct manner.
