Experience: The successful candidate will have a minimum of fifteen years of legal experience gained in a publicly-traded retail or consumer-facing company. He or she will have gained significant experience leading and managing a large legal department, providing guidance and supporting a business in growth mode, and will possess a demonstrable business orientation.
