JURISolutions is partnering with a corporate client in Northern New Jersey who is seeking to identify an experienced (5-10 years of related experience) alternative investment attorney. This attorney should have experience in the development, structuring, marketing and distribution of alternative investment products such as hedge funds, funds of funds, private equity, real estate funds and commodity pools. Qualified candidates should also be familiar with the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, Exchange Act of 1934 and FIRNA rules.
