Our client, a strong and growing United States based company, has engaged us to identify a Corporate Counsel for one of their most strategic business units. The person in this role will be the go-to lawyer for all legal matters for a Latin American business unit. This position is responsible to manage outside counsel and legal department support staff.

Extensive client interaction with the President and Vice President of this business unit is included in this role. The lawyer will also have the opportunity to provide counsel to executives of the parent company also.

This company offers a competitive compensation package and exceptional benefits. This position requires at least 4 years of experience. Spanish-speaking and writing skills are required for this position. Candidates with international transactional or energy experience preferred.
