The ideal candidate will have: - At least 5 years experience at a top law firm and exceptional academic credentials;
- Experience drafting 10-K and 10-Q periodic reporting, proxy statements, and executive compensation disclosures;
- In-house experience managing outside counsel on corporate transactions, especially public company M&A transactions; and
- Active membership and good standing in at least one state bar.
