The ideal candidate will have: - At least 5 years experience at a top law firm and stellar academic credentials;
- Strong knowledge of the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act;
- In-house experience with an investment advisor; and
- Active membership and good standing in at least one state bar.
