The ideal candidate will have: - At least 7 years experience, preferably at a top law firm and in-house; and stellar academic credentials;
- Experience counseling clients on employment and labor law issues, conducting investigations, drafting responses to administrative charges, and developing and implementing employment handbooks, policies and procedures;
- Experience representing clients in employment litigation and mediation matters;
- Active state bar membership required
