The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 6 years of labor & employment law experience, including at least 4 years at a top law firm.
- True labor law expertise, including experience with union negotiations.
- Exceptional academic credentials.
- Excellent business intuition, an eye for detail, and a comfort level operating in fast-paced client environments.
- Ability to work independently and professionally and exercise good judgment in solving problems and raising issues.
- In-house experience is a plus but not required.
Active membership and good standing in at least one state bar.
