The ideal candidate will have: - 10 years of experience (law firm and in-house) with a strong background in life insurance products and excellent academic credentials.
- Experience in counseling operations and business teams on death claims, escheatment, and other product-specific issues, as well as facilitating claims processing from a legal perspective.
- Additional experience with variable annuities and related regulatory disclosure is preferable, but necessary.
