In-House Position
Our client, a leading financial service company is looking to hire an attorney with at least 6 years of Employment & Labor experience to provide legal advice and guidance on employment and labor issues. Responsibilities include: (1) overseeing an active litigation docket including managing outside counsel; (2) responding to complaints and charges filed with federal and state agencies; (3) responding to attorney demand letters; (4) conducting and overseeing EEO and other employment related investigations; (5) providing training on employment related issues; (6) analyzing new employment laws and regulations to determine applicability to the Company and working with appropriate areas to ensure compliance; and (7) providing legal advice to internal clients on a daily basis.


Requirements
