This attorney will structure, draft, negotiate and counsel the business teams on a broad range of commercial transactions related to equipment procurement and leasing, design and construction, fulfillment logistics, product supply, services (including general corporate services) and distribution. This attorney will also manage compliance initiatives and research regulatory issues; provide business law counseling on a daily basis; administer; handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries and resolve legal issues arising from commercial relationships. This attorney must have at least two years experience practicing as a transactional attorney (with at least 2 years at a top law firm). Further, a J.D. from a top law school is required.
