In-House Position

We are working with a major corporation that is seeking a senior tax attorney. The main focus of the position is Federal and State tax with some international tax as well. The work will involve for example: tax research, analysis, and planning as well as federal tax controversy matters. You will work closely with other members of the Corporate & International Planning Group and other members of the Tax Department, as well as members of Treasury and Law and other business depts. in the provision of tax advice and the resolution of tax issues. You will perform tax research and analysis with respect to a wide range of sophisticated federal and international tax issues and prepare well reasoned and well written memoranda supporting your legal conclusions, including assessments of tax risk. Requirements

9-10 + years of experience in state/local tax with some international tax experience as well.
