North American company has an opening within their Houston office for a part-time Corporate Attorney. This is a PERMANENT PART-TIME position. We are looking for an individual with a broad corporate background. Must have at least 10 years’ experience handling corporate contracts, governance, compliance and litigation management. Some experience with real estate, such as with right-of-way laws, will also be helpful. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in either Texas or Louisiana.
Position is salaried and includes benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401k and pension. This is an established company, with long-tenured employees and a business casual atmosphere. Position is only 24 hours a week.
